This Garden Gate was a design that was taken from a hand drawn sketch on a post it note. All hinges and self latching lock mechanism were hand made using bronze bushings and stainless pins for a long lasting gate that will not be affected by harsh weather conditions.
Here is a close up picture of the handle and ornamental mounting plate. All ornamental designs in this gate were hand cut with an oxy/acetylene torch.
At the initial consultation, a design was reached that reflected the customers love of their dog Bentley and also gave the perfect finishing touch to the stone wall that complimented this backyard retreat which faces the beautiful Bridgwater Golf Course.
This is the first of a series of custom created products for this installation that will carry this same paw print emblem throughout.
